Approval of Application by Regal Bancorp Inc.

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York approved the application by Regal Bancorp Inc., Livingston, New Jersey, for prior approval of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, pursuant to Section 3(a)(l) of the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, as amended, to become a bank holding company.

The Reserve Bank acted under authority delegated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
