The FMLG works closely with the FXC to develop documentation for the use and benefit of foreign exchange markets. The FMLG provides ongoing counsel on issues related to documentation and solicits legal opinions on the enforceability of the FXC Master Agreements. In its efforts, the FMLG coordinates with other industry groups in the United States, Europe and Asia.
