The world’s major central banks have recently begun reducing monetary policy accommodation or are considering the possibility of doing so. At the same time, the broader context in which central bankers operate is evolving given increased questions regarding the existing global order and supporting institutional frameworks, rapid changes in technology, and the longer term implications of climate change.
The jointly-hosted Central Banking Forum will provide central bankers with an opportunity to hear from senior officials who serve as key decision-makers in their respective institutions. Speakers will share their views on the current macro and policymaking environment and how some of the broader global trends may be impacting their decision-making. Participants will also exchange perspectives and compare notes with counterparts from around the globe.
The Forum is targeted towards mid-level to senior officials who have been identified as high potential leaders in their central banks.
