Regional Affairs hosts this three-day seminar for economics, global history and social studies teachers. Federal Reserve specialists from the International Research and Emerging Markets groups give briefings dealing with nations, areas of the world and key issues that impact the global economy. As a culminating activity, forum attendees, playing the roles of representatives from various nations, will participate in a global economic summit simulation. Seminar materials are provided.
Participants receive a letter certifying their attendance at the seminar that some school districts apply towards fulfilling mandated staff development requirements.

Teachers from the Second Federal Reserve District: New York State; the 12 northern counties of New Jersey; Fairfield County, Connecticut; Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
