Guest speaker Matthew Higgins, economist and assistant vice president for the Development Studies and Foreign Research Function at the New York Fed, will provide an update and analysis of global economic conditions. His research has focused on global capital flows, exchange rate policy and foreign exchange reserve management. Matthew received a Ph.D. in economics from Harvard University in 1994 and a B.A. in philosophy from Princeton University in 1983.
