New York Fed Web Series on Culture: Culture in a Post-Pandemic Workplace

As part of its initiative to spur reform of culture and conduct in the financial services industry and encourage the industry to raise standards, the Bank is hosting a series of web events. Our fifth webinar in the series took place on July 16, 2021. Panelists discussed the cultural challenges and opportunities associated with the post-pandemic workplace. Topics included how norms are transmitted in various work environments and the potential impacts of hybrid workplaces on cultural elements like collaboration and inclusion.
