On Wednesday, November 20, 2024, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, in partnership with the American Academy of Arts & Sciences, hosted an in-person event highlighting the Academy’s CORE Score, created by the Academy’s Commission on Reimagining Our Economy.
The Score is a measure of American well-being drawn from 11 indicators across four categories: economic security, economic opportunity, health, and political efficacy. The Score aims to measure how Americans are doing in areas including economic mobility and healthcare access.
