NEW YORK—William C. Dudley, president of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, will visit northern New Jersey on August 18-19 as part of the Bank’s continued outreach efforts in the region and to strengthen ties with stakeholders of the Second Federal Reserve District. Ted Smith, executive vice president and head of the Audit Group at the New York Fed, is also expected to attend the visit.
President Dudley will deliver two separate speeches about the regional economy, highlighting conditions in the area and his outlook for the United States. He will also make several site visits to meet with local community and business leaders to learn more about conditions in the area and discuss a range of economic issues.
