NEW YORK – On Thursday, May 6, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York will host its fourth web event in a series on culture. This event will focus on purpose and the employee as stakeholder.
Panelists will discuss the role of organizational purpose in building healthy cultures; the ways in which the rise of employee activism affects organizational culture; and increased demand for corporations to engage on contemporary social issues and engage with a broader group of stakeholders
John Williams, president and chief executive officer of the New York Fed, will give opening and closing remarks.
