Conference on Over-the-Counter Derivatives and Recent Regulatory Changes
March 2-3, 2017
This conference focuses on how recent regulatory changes impact the functioning of over-thecounter (OTC) derivatives markets. Particular topics of interest include how institutions have evolved their policies for capital usage across strategies in response to regulatory innovations— such as margin rules for non-centrally cleared contracts, mandatory clearing for some types of contracts, and supplemental leverage ratio—and whether the fragmentation of regulation in the global marketplace shapes the propensity for firms to remain in different geographic markets.

Audience
The conference aims to bring together financial economists, practitioners, and policymakers. Attendance is by invitation only.
