The conference will feature discussion of the impacts of regulatory reform on banks’ profitability and risk-taking, as well as on some forms of market liquidity, as highlighted in a series of studies conducted by New York Fed economists and discussed by invited panelists. Daniel K. Tarullo, Visiting Professor of Law at Harvard Law School and former member of the Board of Governors, will be the conference keynote speaker..
