Fields of interest Or Shachar is a financial research advisor in Capital Markets Studies within the Financial Stability Policy Research Division. Her research interests center fixed income markets, including credit derivatives, corporate bonds, and Treasuries. She has worked on financial stability issues related to the evolution of fixed-income markets, intermediaries’ balance sheet constraints, and Federal Reserve market interventions. Prior to graduate school she worked as a research associate for Oscar Gruss & Son. She received a B.S. in Mathematics and Computer Science and a M.Sc. in Financial Mathematics both from Bar-Ilan University, and her Ph.D. in Finance from New York University, Stern School of Business in 2013. |
