Daniel J. Nealis
Dan Nealis is a Senior Vice President and department head of Technology Risk and Control (TR&C) at Chase Manhattan Bank. TR&C's main responsibilities are Corporate Information Security, Corporate Business Continuity Management, monitoring the Technology Risk Manager program, Information Technology Policy Development and Distribution, and monitoring the control environment of Chase's Information Technology & Operations businesses. He is currently a member of the Business Technology Management Council, the New Product Committee and the Project Integration Planning Committee.
Prior to joining the IT&O team, Dan was Senior Vice President and Audit Director responsible for directing the audits of the Corporation's worldwide technology environment, as well as the Capital Markets and Emerging Markets divisions. His previous audit director responsibilities included the Asian Region and the Operating Services Division. He has also worked for Coopers and Lybrand where he was a manager in the firm's computer audit assistance group.
Dan is a graduate of Iona College where he earned a Bachelors Degree and Masters Degree in Business Administration. He is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
