Operations Training Seminars for East Rutherford Zone Check Customers

Overview
The New York and Philadelphia Feds host a series of free training seminars at multiple locations. Topics include forward and return deposit preparation and adjustments: where to find and how to use online forms, boxing and packaging for best results, and Check 21; delivery of inclearing checks and returns: what to expect from us, and how to handle missent work; and where to get assistance on general adjustments and Check 21. An account representative will hold a question and answer session on services such as AMI and FedLine.

Audience
People involved in the day-to-day processing of transit items, inclearings, and related adjustments, including transit prep and receipt supervisors, senior clerks and related check adjustments staff.
