NEW YORK – The Federal Reserve Bank of New York will release its Q1 2012 Quarterly Report on Household Debt and Credit Thursday, May 31, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.
In addition to providing an updated snapshot of household trends in borrowing and indebtedness, the report will present outstanding figures and delinquency rates for student loans on a quarterly basis dating back to Q1 2003.
Separately, to streamline the presentation and ensure consistency, all accompanying charts in the report will display data from Q1 2003 to Q1 2012, a 10-year snapshot. Quarterly data prior to Q1 2003, excluding student loans, will remain available on the Household Credit webpage.
The Quarterly Report on Household Debt and Credit also includes data on mortgages, auto loans and credit cards, along with other related information.
The report will be available on embargo an hour before the scheduled release time. To request an embargoed copy, contact Matthew Ward or Andrea Priest.
