Approval of Notice by Amboy Bancorporation Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Old Bridge, New Jersey

March 28, 2007

NEW YORK—The Federal Reserve Bank of New York Wednesday approved the notice by Amboy Bancorporation Employee Stock Ownership Plan, Old Bridge, New Jersey, to become a bank holding company with respect to Amboy National Bank, Old Bridge, New Jersey.

The Reserve Bank acted under authority delegated by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
